Delee Mattax Obituary

We are sad to announce that on June 15, 2021, at the age of 91, Delee Mattax of Fort Wayne, Indiana passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Delee Mattax to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Otto Patterson and Leola Patterson (Bryan); her husband Robert L. Mattax; her son Robert L. Mattax; and her stepfather Walter Reynolds.

She is survived by: her son Brad Mattax (Barb) of Fort Wayne, Indiana; her daughter-in-law Linda Breitfield (Bill) of Gaston, Indiana; and her grandchildren, Robert Mattax (Jessica), Stephen Mattax (Gemma), Michael Mattax (Shanna), Ryan Mattax (Molly), Lindsey Hertenstein (Jeremy), Courtney Gremaux (Trevor) and Brandon Gump. She is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren.

Preferred memorials are to the Adams County Community Foundation-Alzheimer's Fund.
