She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Regina Ryan and Wilhelm; her children, Sandra Van Horn, Greg Van Horn (Janet) of Fort Wayne, Jeff Van Horn (Karen) of Fort Wayne and Jon Van Horn (Stacy) of Fremont; her husband Bud; her children, Stephen "Stevie" Van Horn and Kathy; her son-in-law Don Baker; and her sisters, Ruth Ann "Honey" Hapner and LaVonne "Vonnie" Stucky. She was also cherished by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that you consider a donation in Dee's memory to the Activities Fund at St. Anne Community, or to Stillwater Hospice.
