We are sad to announce that on October 15, 2023, at the age of 66, Debra Ann Philbee of Fort Wayne, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Jerry Philbee; and her parents, Jerry Pinkston and Etta Pinkston. She is survived by: her siblings, Jeff Pinkston and Brenda Kramer (Gene) of Rome City, Ind.. She is also survived by several nieces and a nephew.

Preferred memorials may be directed to the Wounded Warriors Project.
