We are sad to announce that on April 30, 2021, at the age of 77, David Lee Biltz of Fort Wayne, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Biltz and Doris Biltz; and his brother James Biltz (Sara). He is survived by: his wife Donna Biltz; his children, Michael Biltz (Heidi) and Jenny Allen (Jim); his grandchildren, Joshua Allen, Jade Allen and Allison Biltz; and his brothers, Greg (Brenda) and Larrry Biltz.

Memorial contributions can be made to Honor Flights of Northeast Indiana.
