He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore E. Haberkorn and Esther Haberkorn (Hauke); his brother Michael Haberkorn; his parents-in-law, Leo and Mary Flesher; and his brother-in-law Dave Flesher.
He is survived by: his wife Audrey; his children, Erik Haberkorn and Tera Hogan; his grandchildren, Treg (Chandler), Delaney, Isabelle, Aislyn and Sullivan; his great grandchildren, Truett and Charlee Jo; his brothers, Philip and Mark Haberkorn; and his brother-in-law Bob Flesher (Janine). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Cancer Services of Northeast Indiana.
