He was predeceased by: his parents, George Nelson and Helenanne Jefferson (Nelson); and his siblings, David Nelson and Jeri Trina. He is survived by: his wife Denisa "Dee" Nelson; his daughters, Devon Nelson and Melissa King; and his aunt Jayne Galligan. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
