He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Daniel Hoffman and Betty Hoffman (Young); his daughters, Lisa Terrell (Nick) and Danielle Hoffman; and his grandchildren, Haley, Kinley and Ethan.

Memorials may be made to Shriners Hospital for Children or Emmanuel Lutheran Church for the "In all Generations" School renovation fund.
