Daniel Doak Obituary

We are sad to announce that on August 1, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Daniel Doak of Fort Wayne, Indiana. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Doak and Carol Doak. He is survived by: his significant other Suzanne; his daughter Danielle Doak Gleason (Craig Hernandez); his grandchildren, Keenan, Liam and Ivy; his siblings, Tim (Christine), Kate, Ed (Pamm), Tess, Paul (Cheryl), Pete (Glenna), Phil (Patty), Marty (Lynn), Andy (Julie), Rita (David Brockhouse), Angie (David Derloshon) and Christian (Dawn); and his cousin Joe Doak. He is also survived by 28 nieces and nephews.

There will be a funeral mass at Saint Patrick's Catholic church and a celebration of his life announced at a later date due to COVID-19 precautions.
