He is survived by: his mother Judith May Tolle (Davis); his wife Abigail Dowler (Flynn); his son Bryan Dowler (Toni); his sisters, Julia Fender (Mack), Amy Garrison (Troy) and Melanie Zolman (Brian); his brother-in-law Jacob Flynn (Erin); and his parents-in-law, Rachel Welch-McGuire and Billy McGuire (Phoebe).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the C. M. Sloan & Son Funeral Home (1327 N Wells St, Fort Wayne, IN 46808). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
