Dan Harm Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dan Harm of Fort Wayne, Indiana, who passed away on April 24, 2025, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Harm and Maxine Helen Harm (Husk); and his sisters, Linda McFadden and Sandy Fick. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Harm; his children, Derek Harm (Robin), Jason Harm (Shari), Benjamin Harm, Hannah Heyn (Dave) and Rachel Emmert (Patrick); his stepson Austin Gifford; his grandchildren, Joshua (Sydney), Jessica (Jaden), Jonny (Jamie), Adam (Jeanna), Andrew (Barbara), Jonah, Ella, Eve, Lydia, Trey, Zoey, Mikey, Jenna and Joseph; his great grandchildren, Lillian, Oakley, Addie, Bailey and Lainey; his brother John Harm (Nancy); and the mother of his children Cheryl Myers. He is also survived by relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Hopewell United Brethren Church (6852 Co Rd 35, Auburn, IN 46706). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hopewell United Brethren (6852 County Road 35, Auburn, IN 46706) or Neighbors House Community Church (12828 Main Street, Leo, IN 46765).
