She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Smith and Irene Smith; and her brother Robert Smith. She is survived by: her husband G. Kevin Duval; her daughter Carrie; her son-in-law Chip Parrish of Fort Wayne, IN; her daughter Amanda; her son-in-law Zac Hill of Pendleton, IN; her son Kevin Mitchell; her daughter-in-law Sarah Duval of Austin, TX; her son Sean; her daughter-in-law Rylie Duval of Dayton, OH; her grandchildren, Isaac, Lucie, Gibson, Taylor, Trace, Maisie, Leela, Lincoln, Elsie Jo and Adelyn Kay; her sister Linda; her brother-in-law Frank Vega; her sister Nancy; and her siblings-in-law, Wayne Medley and Virginia Smith. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
