She is survived by: her husband Jeff McFarland of Fort Wayne, IN; her children, Jackie Ramsey, Julie Pettibone (Rob) and Darren McFarland (Brandi) of Fort Wayne, IN; her brothers, Rick Haffner of Cupertino, CA and Herman Haffner (Kitty) of Crawfordsville, IN; and her grandchildren, Ryan Ramsey (Dani Clark), Shae Pettibone, Gwen Pettibone, Jennifer McFarland and Dominic McFarland.
