She was predeceased by: her parents, William B. Vannatter and Frances M. Vannatter; her husband Lt. Jay D. Hicks; and her sister Victoria L. Wuebbenhorst. She is survived by: her daughters, Angela Ball and Abbey Hicks; and her stepson Christopher S. Hicks (Erin) of Fort Wayne, IN. She is also survived by 7 grandsons and 1 granddaughter.
