It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Constance Elizabeth Noel of Fort Wayne, Indiana, who passed away on November 4, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Janet Shear and Betty Shear; and her son Eric Richard Graf. She is survived by: her husband Terry Noel; her sons, Bob of Fort Wayne and Kevin Graf of Fort Wayne; and her grandson Damien.

Memorial donations in Connie's honor may be directed to Parkview Home Health & Hospice.
