It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Connie Ousley (Fort Wayne, Indiana), who passed away on September 30, 2021, at the age of 46, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Edward E., Barbara J. Keller, Richard F. and Patricia A. Howard; her father Larry D. Keller; and her cousin Katie C. Keller.
She is survived by: her husband Matthew J.; her children, Savannah G. Medina and Ryker J. Ousley; her mother Jan E. Keller of Witmer Lake; her sisters, Dawn A. Gallaway (Erik) of Huntertown and Larae L. Haggard of Fort Wayne; and her siblings-in-law, Mark Ousley (Shannon) of Cedar Rapids, IA and Laura Pahnke (Tom) of Hubertus, WI. She is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
