She is survived by: her daughters, Stacy West (Lonnie) of Fort Wayne, IN and Mary Beth Maldeney of Fort Wayne, IN; her close friend Greg White of Fort Wayne, IN; her siblings, Larry Deeds and Terry Cocklin of Fort Wayne, IN; and her grandchildren, Kayla Ritchie, Cory and David West.
