It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cheryl J. Avery of Fort Wayne, Indiana, who passed away on May 28, 2021, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Phillip Wilson and Elaine Wilson; and her siblings, Phillip and Deborah Jones. She is survived by: her husband Gerald Avery of Fort Wayne, IN.; her daughters, Sharon Avery (Victor Peralta) of Fort Wayne, IN. and Crystal Avery of Fort Wayne, IN.; her stepson Jerry Avery III; and her siblings, Linda Parrott, Phyllis Landis, Maria Ulrey and Warren Wilson. She is also survived by six grandchildren.
