We are sad to announce that on June 1, 2021, at the age of 81, Charles Murphy of Fort Wayne, Indiana, born in Lima, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred T. Murphy and Rose Murphy (Clancy); his siblings, Thomas, Michael, Patrick, Terence, Alice Jean Stratton and Lynda Murphy; and his siblings-in-law, Raymond Fischbach, Larry Stratton, Henry Niese, Bob Hammons, Vic Koester and Mary Ann Koester.
He is survived by: his wife Teresa Murphy (Kramer); his daughter Lisa Polhamus (Jeff); his grandchildren, Christopher Polhamus (Kylene) of Syracuse, Brian Polhamus of Bellevue, Kentucky and Sara Polhamus of Newport, Kentucky; his great grandchildren, Charles Polhamus, Joseph Polhamus and Brielle Polhamus; his siblings, Gerald Murphy (Geraldine) of Dayton, Ohio, James Murphy of Lima, Ohio and Rose Fischbach of Delphos; and his siblings-in-law, Marie Murphy of Columbus Grove, Ohio, Catherine Hammons of Delphos, Helen Niese of Lima and Alfred Kramer (Wilma) of Fort Jennings.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, St. Charles Borromeo Church, Fort Wayne or Bishop Dwenger High School, Fort Wayne.
