Pickard of Fort Wayne, Indiana, born in Garrett, Indiana, who passed away on September 30, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Pickard and Loree Pickard (John); and his siblings, Marjorie Bryce and Ned Pickard. He is survived by: his wife Roberta M. Pickard (Vought) of Fort Wayne; his children, Deborah Hein (Robert) of Fort Wayne, Sharilee Gilpin (Mark) of Roanoke, IN and Randall Pickard (Jennifer) of Roanoke, IN; his grandchildren, Jessica Hein, Jillian Hein (Devin Bedwell), Justin Hein (Azin), Nick Gilpin (Sara), Audrey Watts (Tyler), Trevor Gilpin (Rachel), Jack Pickard and Reid Pickard; and his great grandchildren, Everly, Tala, Anamarie, Adaline, Cree, Camden, Rae, Mabel and Parker.
