He is survived by: his wife Carol Shumaker; his children, Bradley (Laura) of Milford, OH and Tamra Dominique of Bourbon, IN; his son-in-law David Douglas of Clayton, NC; his grandchildren, Amanda Dominique of Atlanta, GA, Emily Dominique of Chicago, John Wagner of Bourbon, Nicole Doan (Matthew) of South Bend, Tabitha Hernandez (Osvaldo) of Fortville, Liza Bollenbacher (Briley) of Carmel and Cory Douglas (Vanessa Pauw) of Huntington Beach, CA; his great grandchildren, Natalie, Finnegan Doan, Aiden, Adela, Kylee and Kenleigh Hernandez; and his sister Patricia Jones of Waukesha, WI..
Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Aldersgate United Methodist Church (2417 Getz Rd, Fort Wayne, IN 46804). A celebration of life was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Dominique Family Scholarship at Indiana Tech, Stillwater Hospice or Aldersgate United Methodist Church.
