She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William Golden Sr. and Lottie Mae Tate Golden; her grandparents, Wiley Golden and Katie Bell Golden; her siblings, William Golden (Polly) of Fort Wayne, Hurdean Golden (Sharion) of Beirne, Sylvester Golden (Linda) of Fort Wayne, John Henry, Mae Ruth Hamilton, Mae Bell Storey and May Etta Edward; and her nieces and nephews, Bobby Hamilton, Sylvester Golden, Jr., William Golden III, Roxanne Hamilton and Julia Golden Underwood. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, other family, and friends.
