He is survived by: his daughter Sophia Deleon; his parents, Jay Deleon and Andrea Bair (Mercedes Chantaca); his siblings, Samara Deleon, Jayce Deleon, Liliana Bair and Harlow Money; and his grandparents, Cathy, Jody Waugh and Carole Zehr.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the FairHaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services (6557 N Clinton St, Fort Wayne, IN 46825). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Choices Treatment Center.
