She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion McCleery and Ruby McCleery (McCullough); her husband Denny R. Stephens; her daughter Mary Kaye Stephens; and her siblings, Tom, John McCleery and Juanita Hersey.
She is survived by: her daughter Faye Powers (Matt Seifert) of Fort Wayne, IN; her grandsons, Kasey Powers (Gina) of Fort Wayne, IN and Kirk Powers (Allison) of Fort Wayne, IN; her great grandchildren, Lily, Kane, Ava and Jake Powers; and her sister Mamie Hobbs.
