With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carol Ann Kummer (Fort Wayne, Indiana), born in Evanston, Illinois, who passed away on July 13, 2023 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Klopfenstein and Helen Klopfenstein; and her husband Terry Kummer. She is survived by: her son Kevin Kummer (Lyndi); and her siblings, Alan Klopfenstein (Pam) of Ft. Myers, FL, Marcia Martin (Tim) of Carmel and Mary Welsh (Michael) of Carmel.

Memorials may be made to Cancer Services of NE Indiana or Heart to Heart Hospice.
