He is survived by: his parents, Nichole Capps of Fort Wayne and Benjamin Holmes of Fort Wayne; his daughter Iris Ray Blosser of Fort Wayne; his siblings, Chelsey Smith of Fort Wayne and Jonathan Smith (Morgan Yingling); and his stepsiblings, Shantel Capps, Chayse Capps, Kody Capps and Kristina Capps.
