We bid farewell to Brian Michael-Scott Cook of Fort Wayne, Indiana, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on July 1, 2024 at the age of 21. Brian Michael-Scott touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Randy Scott Dinius and Mike Cook. He is survived by: his parents, Ryan White and Jenah Cook; his grandparents, Debra Blair, Terri Dinius, Susan Cook, Michelle and Trevor Zell; and his siblings, Sabrina, Amry, Alex, Alyssa, Jeremiah, Anthony, Keegan, Amarah, Tye, Max, Justin and Brandon. He is also survived by several loving aunts, uncles; and his many friends.

Memorial contributions may be made to Wayne High School wrestling team or the Forever21Foundation, c/o Shaun Cook and Cassandra White, that is currently being made in his name.
