He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin Mullins and Cassie Mullins; and his siblings, Ruby Calhoun, Thomas Mullins, Betty Amann and Mary Simon.

He is survived by: his wife Reba Mullins; his children, Debbie Nichols (Mike) of Goodview, VA, Randy Mullins (Linda) of Ardmore, AL, Rhonda Anspach of Fort Wayne, Mike Pifer (Marcie) of Fort Wayne, Terry Mullins (Janice) of Brownsburg, IN and Matt Mullins (Susan) of Fort Wayne; and his sister Julie Swink (Stewart) of Fort Wayne. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren, and 7 great great grandchildren.
