He was predeceased by: his parents, Harley Kelley and L. Elna Kelley; his wife Susan Marie Kelley; and his daughter-in-law Stephanie Kelley. He is survived by: his children, Brenda Cork (Barry) of Orland, IN and Patrick Kelley of Ossian, IN; his grandchildren, Timothy Tiedeman II (Jillian), Trevor Kelley, Jacob Kelley and Julia Kelley; his great grandchildren, Kaylee Tiedeman and Ayda Tiedeman; and his siblings, Arleon (Donna Meinhard) of Lake Oswego, OR, Marge Bowser Kendallville (Ken) and William.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the D. O. McComb and Sons Funeral Homes - Maplewood Park (4017 Maplecrest Rd, Fort Wayne, IN 46815). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the same location.
