She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Cook and Jacqueline Cook. She is survived by: her husband Stephen Ott; her children, Jack Cook, Deven Ott and Leslie Sheets; and her sister Terri Shimp. She is also survived by six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
