She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Shipman and Mable Shipman (Hullinger); her husband Thomas R. Nix; and her brothers, Keat Shipman and Jack Shipman.
She is survived by: her children, Tom Nix (Linda), Terri Mittermeier (Mark), Tina Nix, Tim Nix (Jody), Todd Nix and Troy Nix (Ann). She is also survived by 11 Grandchildren and 7 Great Grandchildren.
