We are sad to announce that on March 10, 2020, at the age of 89, Barbara Kastner (Fort Wayne, Indiana) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Bartrom and Cecile M. Bartrom (Allen); her husband James H. Kastner; and her brothers, Richard Dean Bartrom and Ronald Thomas Bartrom.

She is survived by: her children, Michael (Kimberly) of Sylvania, OH, Rick Kastner of Fort Wayne, IN, John Kastner of Indianapolis, IN, Renee Keihn (Tom) of Huntington, IN and Angela Kastner of Indianapolis, IN; her brother Donald Bartrom (Mary) of Huntington, IN; her grandchildren, Kevin, Ryan, Derek Kastner, Sara Cohle, Alex Kastner, Miranda Knott, Laura Burgess and David Keihn; and her great grandchildren, Kylie Knott, Abram Knott and Thomas Burgess.

In lieu of flowers preferred memorials are to either Masses, Huntington Catholic School or to the Alzheimer's Association in care of McElhaney-Hart Funeral Home, 715 N. Jefferson St., Huntington, IN 46750.
