It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Jeanne Armstrong of Fort Wayne, Indiana, who passed away on October 15, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Hesse Henry Rosenbloom and Regine Gladys Minske; and her husband Scott Armstrong Jr.. She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Paul Armstrong (Gail) of Bear, Robert Armstrong of Shingle Springs, California, Melanie Marhenke (Mike) of Fort Wayne and Rebecca "Becky" Armstrong of Rochester, Vermont; and also Pam Pranger (John) of Pleasant Lake, Indiana..

She also made a generous contribution to Kingston Residence, reflecting her desire to help others living there.
