She was predeceased by: her parents, Thyral Neu (Bud) and Genevieve Neu; her brother James Neu; and her former spouse Vollie R. Lewis, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Lisa Wellman (Steve), Michelle Lewis and Jason Cook (Stephanie); her granddaughter Michaela Wellman; her great grandchild Zaiden; her siblings, John Neu (Cathy), Ken Neu, Peg Randolph (Mike) and Pam Sorg (Roger); and her sister-in-law Pam Neu.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Alzheimer's Foundation.
