She was predeceased by: her father Billy Gaskill. She is survived by: her mother Pam Collins of Fort Wayne, Ind.; her sister Allison Collins of Fort Wayne; her children, Cadyn Coleman of Convoy, Daxtyn and Abrya Crawford of Van Wert, Ohio.; and her nieces, Estella and Hayley Collins.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to Pam Collins to assist with final expenses.
