She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Wade and Lucille Wade; her daughter Sharon Zankowski; and her siblings, Waneta Koehlinger, Anna Mae Gebhart, Dorothy Hartzog, Alvin Wade and Richard M. Wade.

She is survived by: her daughters, Jennifer Richman (Curt) of Fort Wayne, IN and Roxane Travelbee (Stu) of Columbia City, IN; and her sister Charlotte Wade. She is also survived by grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
