She is survived by: her daughter Kim; her daughter-in-law Rita Sprague of Fort Wayne; her granddaughters, Jennifer VanderWeele (Jeffrey) of Fort Wayne and Heather Dawson (Richard) of Martinsville; her great grandchildren, Caleb Smith (Ashley), Gage Hatton (Olivia Morken), Daytona Hatton (Taylor Hammond), Madelyn Dawson, Carter Dawson and Owen VanderWeele; and her great great grandchildren, Olive Smith and Finn Hammond.
