It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Albert J. Blazer (Fort Wayne, Indiana), who passed away on November 27, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Blazer and Sarah Budd (Richards); and his brothers, Ernie and Eugene Blazer. He is survived by: his wife Jackie Blazer; his son Brian Blazer; and his stepsons, Greg Brockman and Chris Brockman. He is also survived by nephew and nieces.

Memorials may be made to Riley Hospital for Children.
