She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Forsythe and Ruth Forsythe; her husband Delmar "Del" Jackson; and her brother William "Bill" Forsythe. She is survived by: her children, Douglas Jackson (Wanda) and Diane Jackson-Duncan (Tom Duncan); her sister Ann Zirkelbach; and her pets, Ellie and Vaughn. She is also survived by four grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
