We are sad to announce that on November 16, 2021, at the age of 27, Adam McCarthy of Fort Wayne, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandfather Joseph Markiton. He is survived by: his parents, Ed McCarthy and Amy McCarthy; and his siblings, Edwin Jr. (Tara), Andrew, Greg (Madeline), Luke, Alex, Joseph and Rachel. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, grandparents, aunts and uncles.

Memorial contributions may be made to Charlie Tippmann Foundation.
