He is survived by: his mother Beverly Murphy of Fort Wayne, IN; his sister Kelly Schofield (Christopher) of Defuniak Springs, FL; his girlfriend Aimee Wilson; his girlfriend's daughter Alyssa Perez of Fort Wayne, IN; his nieces and nephews, Arianna, Trinity Schofield, Dylan Schofield of Defuniak Springs, FL and Lance Jones of South Carolina; his aunts and uncles, Pat Stoffer Muncie (David) of Fort Wayne, IN, Linda Johnson of Lorane, OR, Elizabeth Blunt of Woodland, WA, Tom Murphy (Courtenay) of Gunnison, CO, David Murphy of Fresno, CA and Tony Murphy of Portland, OR; his cousins, Bridgett, Tina, Mark, Stephanie, Trevor, Sam, Adam, Rachael, Ryan, Tristian, Macayla, Scott, Emily, Sarabeth, Jake, Brian, Jeri, Ashley, Brook, Jordynn, Kelly, Cipriana and Finnegan; and also Barbara Murchland.
