He was predeceased by: his father Scott Washmuth; and his brother Justin Washmuth. He is survived by: his mother Carmalita Shafer (Jim Prowse); his significant other Amanda Neate; his stepchildren, Jeremy Neate (Grace) and Meadow Neate; his sister Amanda Shafer; and his niece Anyla Shafer.
