He is survived by: his wife Darla J Lewis (Skelton); his children, Jeffrey Lewis (Barbara) of Fort Branch, IN, Gina Lewis-Cauthen of Evansville, IN, Gary Lewis (Janice) of Newport News, VA, David Lewis (Gayle) of Fort Branch, IN, Robin Racaster of Mount Carmel, IL and Tommy Ray Lewis, Jr.; his siblings, Betty Shanks of Fort Branch, IN, Vicky Spindler (Mike) of Princeton, IN, Terri Hyneman (Russell) of Haubstadt, IN, Larry Neidlinger (Audrey) of Evansville, IN and Fred Lewis (Wanda) of Star, ID; and his sister-in-law Diana Skelton of Princeton, IN. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and 11 great grandchildren.
