He is survived by: his mother Connie Osborne (Eley) of Fort Branch; his children, Megan Noel Osborne of St. Louis, MO and Bryce Thomas Osborne of Champaign, IL; his siblings, Connie Ralph (Todd) of Haubstadt and Kenneth Osborne (Cassandra) of Evansville; and his nieces and nephews, Jessica Lindsay (Garrett), Jordan Ralph (Rachael), Shelby Osborne, Rachel Goodman (Steve), Kaliya and Ariah Rhoades. He is also survived by 8 great nieces and nephews.
