He was predeceased by: his brother Marty Joe Deputy. He is survived by: his parents, Harold Deputy and Jo Ann Deputy (Grant) of Oakland City; and his brothers, Mark Deputy of Oakland City, Max Deputy (Sharon) of Francisco, Mitchell Deputy of Oakland City and Matthew Deputy (Sarah) of Fort Branch. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Due to Covid-19 regulations, the visitation and service will be limited in the number of people allowed at any one time and social distancing will be observed.
