She was predeceased by: her parents, William Douglas and Artemesa Douglas (Woods); and her siblings, Jo Ann Douglas, Franklin Douglas and James Douglas.

She is survived by: her siblings, Gerald Douglas (Pat) of Fort Branch, IN, David Douglas (Karen) of Fort Branch, IN, Roderic Douglas (Suzette) of Fort Branch, IN and Judith Pritchett of Fort Branch, IN. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
