She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank E. Kuhns and Ethel Lucile Kuhns (Neitzke); and her siblings, Dr. Eugene Kuhns and Mary Elizabeth Bartlett. She is survived by: her children, Donna Kiesel (Kenneth) of Fort Branch, IN, Connie Hoffman (Larry) of Wabash, IN, Donald Johnson (Betty) of Fort Branch, IN, Larry Johnson (Carolyn) of Fort Branch, IN and Roger Johnson (Angie) of Fort Branch, IN; and her brother James Kuhns (Luan) of Overland Park, KS. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her honor can be made to the Fort Branch United Methodist Church.
