He was predeceased by: his parents, William Douglas and Artemesa Douglas (Woods); his siblings, Frankie, Jimmy, Mary Lou and Jo Ann Douglas; and his pet Louie.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Douglas; his children, Jane Miller of Evansville, Judi Hunter (Andrew) of Ocala, FL, Michelle Davidson of Fort Branch and Malea Wolfe (Mark) of Evansville; his grandchildren, Ashley, Megan, Erin, Jamie, Elaina, Mercedes, Taylor and Jesse; and his siblings, Judith Pritchett of Fort Branch, Rod Douglas (Suzette) of Fort Branch and Gerald Douglas (Pat) of Fort Branch. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
