We are sad to announce that on September 2, 2022, at the age of 61, Dana Jo Cummins of Fort Branch, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Larry Gene and Beverley D. Georges; her son Justin Cummins; and her brother Wesley Georges. She is survived by: her husband David Cummins; her son Caleb Cummins (Carol Cummins) of Modoc, Indiana; her grandchildren, Hailey Collins (Blaine), Dalton and Peyton Cummins of Modoc, Indiana; her sisters, Kimberly Elpers (Roger) of Haubstadt, Jan Wilzbacher of Fort Branch and Brooke Adcock of Indianapolis; and her aunt Patricia Rodgers of Evansville. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
