He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles R. Chamberlain and Viola Chamberlain (Straw); and his siblings, Edith Guthridge, Betty "Jean" Scott, Elma "Katie" Vogel and Troy Chamberlain.
He is survived by: his wife Fern Chamberlain (Beck); his sons, David Chamberlain (Nyla) and Mike Chamberlain (Michaelle); his grandchildren, MaLeah Young (Robert) and MaKayla Allyn (Zack); his great grandchildren, Haven and Ryker Young; and his siblings, Elsie Hornback and Larry "Dean" Chamberlain. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
