She was predeceased by: her parents, George Heuring and Aleda Heuring (Welman); her husband Victor Lee Welch; and her sister Joy Ann Meyer. She is survived by: her sons, Michael Ray Welch of Fort Branch, IN and Scott Andrew Welch (Kelli) of Newburgh, IN; her sister Barbara Heuring of Fort Branch, IN; her grandchildren, Casey Allen Welch, Joseph Pierzakowski and Danielle Pierzakowski; and her nieces, Darla Joy and Lisa Ann.
